First, prepare the pudding tray.

Spread oil or butter. Then the pudding can be easily removed.

I'm making this on a nonstick pan. So I put the pudding mixture straight into this.

Add 3 tbsp of cocoa powder and 3 tbsp of sugar.

Add 2 1/2 tbsp of corn flour.

Mix well.

Take 500ml of coconut milk. You can use powdered milk or fresh milk instead of coconut milk or fresh milk.

Now put the stove on medium heat and continue to stir.

After a few minutes you get a thick batter.

Add 50g of cooking chocolate.

Chocolate is not essential. But it tastes great when added.

If there is no chocolate, add vanilla.

Stir until chocolate is melted.

Now you get a thick batter. Then remove from the stove.

Now add this pudding mixture to the prepared tray.

This pudding sets well when it dries, fridge is not mandatory.

This can be eaten in 10 to 15 minutes.

When put in the fridge it sets very nicely.

I add cashews, You can decorate as you prefer.

This pudding is very soft and delicious.
